PC Observation: Chelwood Parish Council support this extension development in principle. There were mixed views of the materials to be used. There was no strong objection to timber however the parish council is aware of nearby planning where stone has been insisted upon.

PC Observation: Falls under Class O – offices to dwelling houses permitted development. Applicant has responded to each section of regulation and parish council is not aware of anything incorrect in the responses. House would have own vehicle turning facility. There is likely to be a decrease in traffic to the property. Changes to building are internal. Chelwood Parish Council strongly support application.
